Effective 20 November 2012 authentication fees are raised to offset the increasing costs of shipping incurred by the Authentication Service. At the same time a new category is established for General Issue stamps (unused and off cover) from singles to blocks or strips of four. Fees for the new category are lower than previous fees.

The application form is updated to include the new fee schedule and to recognize the new CSA Catalog. Applicants can now indicate if they want CSA Catalog numbers or Scott Catalog numbers used for General Issues and Provisionals.
